Why Ounces Do Not Tell the Whole Story
Net weight tells you how much candle wax and fragrance are in the vessel. It does not tell you the full burn behavior.
Two candles with similar net weights can use different vessel widths, wick systems, fragrances, and formulas. Those differences can change melt-pool development, fragrance release, and total burn time.
How to Choose by Room
Small rooms
Start with a conservative format. Bathrooms, offices, and compact bedrooms can concentrate fragrance quickly.
Medium rooms
A current medium-format candle may suit regular use, depending on airflow and fragrance strength.
Large or open rooms
Choose a product designed and tested for broader coverage. Do not assume the largest available candle is automatically the strongest or best choice.

Burn-Time Estimates
Burn-time estimates are product-specific. Actual performance can vary with wick maintenance, fragrance, room conditions, vessel design, and how the candle is used.
Use the estimate on the exact product page rather than applying one vessel-family estimate to every candle.
Wick Systems
Wick material and count are selected for the specific vessel and formula. A wider vessel may use a different wick configuration than a narrower candle.
