Request a frame made to the exact inside dimensions of your artwork, diamond painting, photograph, cross-stitch, or other display piece. The finish is developed around both the artwork and the room where it will live.

Every project is different, but each follows the same thoughtful path.

    Submit Your Request

    Complete the form with your project type, preferences, quantity, desired timing, budget, and any reference images. Your request is securely added to Shopify as a draft order for personal review.

  2. 02

    Personal Review

    Megan reviews the request and responds within 2–3 business days to clarify details, discuss feasibility, and recommend options.

  3. 03

    Quote and Shopify Invoice

    You receive a personalized quote and estimated timeline. After the details are approved, Phoenix Crafted updates your Shopify draft order and emails a secure invoice for the required payment.

  4. 04

    Creation and Approval

    Your piece is created by hand. When applicable, you receive updates, design confirmation, or a final preview before completion.

  5. 05

    Final Payment and Delivery

    The remaining balance is due before shipping. Your finished piece is carefully packaged for delivery or prepared for local pickup.
