A retailer building a repeatable shelf assortment has different needs than a company sending 75 client gifts or a realtor creating branded closing gifts. Phoenix Crafted keeps those paths separate so product selection, pricing, customization, production, and fulfillment fit the project instead of forcing every buyer into one blanket program.

Wholesale availability follows the current approved Phoenix Crafted catalog. Product lifecycle, materials, test status, production capacity, and the requested timeline are reviewed before a quote is finalized. Products in rework or awaiting required validation are not wholesale-ready. Last Chance products that otherwise qualify may still be quoted while available, but they do not carry a replenishment guarantee.

Pricing without the fog

Broad product choice, with pricing that follows the actual SKU.

Phoenix Crafted does not require stockists to choose from one tiny fixed scent list. Any current product configuration that has an approved formula, passed evidence for that exact format or configuration, a current bill of materials, and is not in rework can be considered for the stockist catalog. Wholesale pricing is SKU-specific so current retail MSRP stays unchanged.

Where the economics support it, stockist price-list bands are 40%, 35%, 30%, or 25% below current MSRP. A 20% specialty-stockist band can apply to thinner-margin validated SKUs. Validated products that cannot safely support that band can still be requested and reviewed as specialty quotes rather than being hidden from the buyer. Last Chance products may be quoted while available but do not carry a replenishment guarantee. Standard business gifting remains 10% at 12 units, 15% at 24 units, and up to 20% at 48 units, with 96+ quoted individually.

Our starting terms are public. The quote confirms the exact wholesale-ready products and project-specific details.

What is your wholesale minimum order quantity?

Retail stockist opening orders must meet both a $150 wholesale merchandise minimum and 24 units total, with at least 4 units per SKU. Retail reorders must meet both a $100 wholesale merchandise minimum and 24 units total, with at least 4 units per SKU. Standard business gifting starts at 12 units. Branded or private-label projects start at 24 units per approved design.

Am I limited to a small set of wholesale scents?

No. Phoenix Crafted uses a broad, variant-specific wholesale model. You can request any current fragrance and format that has an approved formula, passed validation for that exact product configuration, a current bill of materials, and is not in rework. If a product is still being tested or reworked, we will tell you rather than substituting it silently.

How does retail wholesale pricing work?

Wholesale pricing is SKU-specific rather than one blanket discount. Current retail prices stay unchanged. Standard stockist bands are up to 40%, 35%, 30%, or 25% below current MSRP where the product supports Phoenix Crafted's margin requirements. Some validated specialty SKUs may use a 20% band or an individual quote instead of being removed from your choices.

What are the business gifting discounts?

Eligible standard products receive 10% volume pricing at 12–23 units, 15% at 24–47 units, and up to 20% at 48–95 units. Orders of 96 or more units are quoted individually. Some specialty products may be quoted separately when the standard volume tier does not apply.

Can I order custom or branded candles?

Yes, when the project is a fit. Branded/custom-label work begins at 24 units per approved design. Branding setup, artwork-intensive work, special packaging, multi-address fulfillment, and custom-fragrance development are quoted separately. Custom fragrance requires feasibility review and Phoenix Crafted's normal testing process before production.

Can you help us choose fragrances?

Yes. Share the audience, space, season, mood, or fragrance direction you want. Phoenix Crafted can narrow options from the current approved fragrance catalog and discuss sample needs when appropriate.

Do you offer samples?

Sample needs can be discussed during inquiry review. Availability, format, cost if any, and how sampling fits the project are confirmed before anything is sent.

What are your wholesale lead times?

Production timing is quoted for the specific project. Quantity, current capacity, materials, customization, product cure requirements, and the requested delivery date are reviewed before a timeline is confirmed.

Do retail accounts need resale documentation?

Business and resale information may be requested when relevant to a retail wholesale relationship. Use the inquiry form to tell us what you already have and Phoenix Crafted will confirm anything else needed for the account review.

Can B2B pricing combine with sales or Phoenix Rewards?

No. Wholesale and business-gifting pricing does not stack with consumer discount codes, Phoenix Rewards redemptions, bundle discounts, or other direct-to-consumer promotions.

Is shipping included?

No. Shipping is separate from wholesale and business-gifting merchandise pricing. The quote confirms shipping, eligible local pickup, or multi-recipient fulfillment as applicable to the project.
