Phoenix Crafted gift sets can be sent directly to the recipient and may include gift-message, fragrance and packaging options depending on the product selected.

Gift Messages

A complimentary gift message may be available for eligible orders.

When the option appears on the product page or in the cart, enter the message exactly as you would like it printed.

Gift messages should include:

  • The recipient’s name
  • Your personal message
  • Your name or preferred sign-off

Gift messages may be printed on a card, packing insert or branded note, depending on the packaging format.

Gift-message limitations

  • Messages may be shortened if they exceed the available space.
  • We may correct obvious spelling or formatting errors when the intended wording is clear.
  • Offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate content will not be printed.
  • Emojis and special characters may not reproduce exactly as entered.
  • Handwritten messages are not guaranteed unless specifically offered.

Pricing and Paperwork

Orders marked as gifts do not include product pricing inside the package.

The recipient may still receive:

  • A packing slip without prices
  • Product-care instructions
  • Safety information
  • Fragrance cards
  • Gift-message inserts

Digital receipts and payment confirmations are sent to the purchaser’s email address.

Scent Choices

Fragrance options depend on the selected gift set.

A product may offer:

  • A fixed curated assortment
  • A choice from a limited fragrance list
  • Full fragrance selection
  • A surprise assortment selected by Phoenix Crafted
  • Seasonal fragrance choices

Available scent choices will appear directly on the product page.

Fragrance requests added only in the order notes are not guaranteed when the product does not include a scent-selection option.

Packaging upgrades are available only when shown on the product page or custom-order form.

Direct-to-Recipient Shipping

Gift sets may be shipped directly to the recipient.

Enter the recipient’s address in the shipping-address section during checkout and use your own email address for the order confirmation.

Before submitting the order, verify:

  • The recipient’s full name
  • The complete street address
  • Apartment or unit number
  • City, state and ZIP code
  • A valid delivery location

Phoenix Crafted is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Shipping to Multiple Recipients

Orders shipping to different addresses must generally be placed as separate orders.

Separate orders help ensure that each recipient receives the correct gift message, products and tracking information.

For larger gifting projects or multiple-recipient orders, contact us before ordering to discuss availability and fulfillment options.

Personalization Options

Personalization may be available for selected gift sets and custom orders.

  • Once approved custom work begins, changes may not be possible.
  • Personalized and custom sets may be final sale.
  • Personalization may increase processing time.
