A complimentary gift message may be available for eligible standard orders when the option appears on the product page or in the cart.

Enter names, dates, and wording carefully. Printed format can vary with the selected packaging.

Pricing and Paperwork

Orders marked as gifts do not include product pricing inside the package. Digital receipts and payment confirmations are sent to the purchaser.

Standard gift sets and products use the fragrance, vessel, packaging, and selection options shown on their live product pages.

If the standard listing does not provide the combination you need, use the custom-order process rather than relying only on order notes.

What Gets Confirmed During a Custom Order

Full personalization does not mean every material is always in stock or that every deadline is possible. Phoenix Crafted confirms the final specifications, pricing, production timing, quantities, material availability, shipping or pickup plan, and approval details before custom production begins.

Once approved custom work begins, changes may be limited and custom products may be final sale under the applicable policy.

Direct-to-Recipient Shipping

Standard gifts may be shipped directly to a recipient by entering the recipient’s address at checkout. Verify the complete delivery address before submitting the order.

Multiple Recipients

For larger gifting projects or multiple addresses, start a custom order so quantities, packaging, addressing, timing, and fulfillment can be planned together.
