Returns
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Please note that custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Refunds

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
