Phoenix Crafted wax melts offer a flameless way to enjoy layered home fragrance. Each batch is poured and finished with the same attention given to our candle collection.

Wax Blend

Our standard wax melts are made with a candle-safe wax blend selected for fragrance performance and clean release from the packaging.

Fragrance

Each wax melt is made with candle-safe fragrance oil at a level selected for the wax and fragrance formula.

Fragrance strength may vary depending on:

• The warmer type and heat level

• The age and condition of the wax

What Is Included

The exact wax weight, number of pieces and packaging format are listed on each product page.

Depending on the product, wax melts may be offered as:

• Break-apart clamshell cubes

Approximate Fragrance Time

Individual fragrance sessions may last several hours. The same wax may be reheated until the fragrance becomes too light for your preference.

Total performance varies by fragrance, warmer and the amount of wax used. Replace the wax when it no longer releases a noticeable scent.

Choosing the Right Amount

Begin with a small amount and add more only when needed.

• Small room: Start with one small cube or piece.
• Medium room: Start with one to two cubes or pieces.
• Large room: Use a larger warmer or gradually add wax as needed.

Never exceed the wax capacity recommended by the warmer manufacturer.

Decorative Wax Melts

Decorative pieces may contain different colors, shapes, shimmer or botanical-inspired details.

Variations in color, shape and finish are normal in handmade products. Decorative appearance may change completely once the wax melts.

Wax Warmer Compatibility

Use wax melts only in a warmer specifically designed for scented wax.

Phoenix Crafted wax melts may be used with many:

• Approved tealight warmers

Always follow the warmer manufacturer’s instructions. Heat level and dish size can affect fragrance performance.

Storage

Handmade Variations

Minor variations are a natural part of the small-batch process and may include:

These variations do not normally affect fragrance performance.

How to Use Wax Melts

Wax melts offer a simple, flameless way to fragrance your home. Follow these steps for safe use and the best fragrance experience.

What You Need

• A wax warmer designed for scented wax
• Phoenix Crafted wax melts
• A stable, heat-resistant surface

Step 1: Position the Warmer

Place the warmer on a level, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, water, children, pets and flammable materials.

Allow open space around the warmer so heat can disperse safely.

Step 2: Add the Wax

Place a small amount of wax into the clean, dry warmer dish.

• Begin with one cube or small piece.
• Add more later if you want a stronger fragrance.
• Never fill the dish beyond the warmer manufacturer’s recommended capacity.
• Do not add water, fragrance oil or another liquid.

Step 3: Turn On or Light the Warmer

Electric warmer

Turn on the warmer according to the manufacturer’s directions.

Tealight warmer

Place an approved unscented tealight in the designated holder and light it carefully.

Never use a tealight warmer unattended, and never use a candle larger than the size recommended by the warmer manufacturer.

Step 4: Allow the Wax to Melt

As the wax warms, it will liquefy and begin releasing fragrance.

The time required depends on the warmer and the amount of wax used. Give the fragrance time to circulate before adding more wax.

Step 5: Turn Off the Warmer

Turn off or unplug an electric warmer after use. For a tealight warmer, extinguish the tealight safely.

Allow the wax and warmer to cool completely before touching, moving or cleaning them.

How Long Can Wax Be Reused?

The same wax can usually be reheated for multiple fragrance sessions.

Replace it when:

• The fragrance is no longer noticeable
• You want to change scents
• The wax has collected dust, debris or residue

The wax does not disappear like candle wax because there is no wick consuming it. Only the fragrance gradually fades.

How to Remove Used Wax

Cold removal method

1. Turn off the warmer.
2. Allow the wax to cool and harden completely.
3. Gently lift or press the hardened wax from the dish.
4. Wipe the dish clean before adding another fragrance.

Warm removal method

1. Warm the wax only long enough to loosen the bottom.
2. Turn off and unplug the warmer.
3. Carefully slide the wax from the dish.
4. Wipe away residue with a paper towel.

Never pour hot wax into a sink, toilet or drain. Wax can cool and create a blockage.

Changing Fragrances

Clean the warmer dish before switching to a different fragrance, especially when moving between strong or contrasting scent families.

Residual wax may blend with the next fragrance if the dish is not cleaned.

Controlling Fragrance Strength

For a lighter fragrance

• Use a smaller amount of wax.
• Run the warmer for a shorter session.
• Use the warmer in a larger or more ventilated area.

For a stronger fragrance

• Allow the wax to warm fully before adding more.
• Add a small additional piece without overfilling the dish.
• Use the warmer in a smaller or enclosed room.
• Confirm that the warmer produces enough heat for wax melts.

Can Different Fragrances Be Mixed?

Yes. Compatible wax melt fragrances may be combined to create a custom scent experience.

Begin with small portions and keep track of the ratio so you can recreate the blend later.

Do not mix more wax than the warmer can safely hold.

Shipping, Returns & Scent Swap

This policy applies to Phoenix Crafted candles, wax melts, tealights and other scented wax products.

Order Processing

Our scented products are hand-poured or prepared in small batches. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, customization and seasonal order volume.

You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your package has been transferred to the carrier.

Shipping

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after processing is complete. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery time.

Free Shipping

Complimentary standard U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders of $50 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Warm-Weather Shipping

Wax products may soften or partially melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit.

During warmer months, we may adjust shipping schedules or packaging to reduce heat exposure. Once delivered, bring the package indoors promptly.

If a candle, wax melt or tealight arrives softened, place it upright in a cool room and allow it to return to room temperature before opening or using it. Minor surface changes caused by heat generally do not affect fragrance performance.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

If an address needs to be corrected, email Phoenix@Phoenix-Crafted.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order enters processing or ships.

Damaged, Melted or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, severely melted or incorrect.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the affected product
• Photographs of the shipping box and interior packaging
• A photograph of the shipping label when requested

Keep the product and all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

14-Day Scent Swap Guarantee

Fragrance is personal. Eligible candles, wax melts and tealights may qualify for a scent exchange when the fragrance is not the right fit.

Contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery and wait for approval before returning any product.

Candle eligibility

• The candle must have been burned no more than once.
• The vessel, wax and label must remain in good condition.
• The candle may not be heavily used, altered, damaged or contaminated.

Wax melt eligibility

• No more than one wax cube, piece or portion may have been used.
• The remaining wax must be returned in its original packaging.
• The wax may not be mixed with another fragrance or contaminated with warmer residue.

Tealight eligibility

• No more than one tealight from the package may have been burned.
• The remaining tealights must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

How to request a scent swap

1. Email Phoenix@Phoenix-Crafted.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and the fragrance you would prefer.
3. Wait for approval and return instructions.
4. Package the product securely and return it using a trackable shipping method.

Scent swap conditions

• The original purchase must have been made directly through Phoenix Crafted.
• The exchange applies to fragrance, not necessarily product size, vessel or format.
• A price adjustment may apply when changing product size, vessel or format.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the original order was damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.
• Only one scent swap may be approved per eligible item.

Products That Do Not Qualify for a Scent Swap

• Custom or personalized candles
• Made-to-order fragrance blends
• Heavily used candles, wax melts or tealights
• Clearance or final-sale products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Products purchased from another retailer

Returns for Reasons Other Than Fragrance

Unused and unopened standard products may be considered for return when requested within 14 days of delivery.

Approved products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective or incorrect. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

Order Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have entered production, been customized or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
