Accessories Shipping & Returns
This policy applies to candle-care tools, lighters, wax warmers, storage items, gift accessories and other non-wax accessories sold by Phoenix Crafted.
Order Processing
Accessories may ship with handmade products or in a separate package, depending on product availability and fulfillment requirements.
You will receive tracking information when the order or shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
Shipping
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery time.
Free Shipping
Complimentary standard U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders of $50 or more after discounts and before taxes.
Address Changes
Email Phoenix@Phoenix-Crafted.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or ships.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Accessories
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an accessory arrives damaged, appears defective or is not the item ordered.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping box
- A short video when needed to demonstrate a functional issue
Do not discard the product or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Returns
Unused standard accessories may be considered for return when requested within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, the product must be:
- Unused
- Clean and undamaged
- Complete with all components
- In its original packaging
- In resalable condition
Product-Specific Conditions
Candle-care tools
Wick trimmers, snuffers, wick dippers and trays must be unused and free from wax, soot, scratches or residue.
Lighters
Lighters must be unused and returned with all original components and packaging. Products that have been filled, charged, ignited or otherwise used may not qualify for return.
Wax warmers
Wax warmers must be unused, clean and returned with the cord, bulb, dish, instructions and original packaging.
A warmer that has been heated, used with wax or exposed to fragrance residue may not qualify for return unless it is defective.
Gift packaging and decorative accessories
Gift boxes, bags, wrapping materials and decorative packaging must be unused and unassembled unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Nonreturnable Accessories
- Used candle-care tools
- Used or filled lighters
- Wax warmers containing wax or fragrance residue
- Personalized or custom accessories
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale products
- Products damaged through misuse or improper care
Manufacturer Warranties
Some third-party accessories may include a separate manufacturer warranty. When applicable, warranty information included with the product may provide additional coverage beyond the Phoenix Crafted return period.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Use a trackable shipping method and package the item securely. Phoenix Crafted is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
