When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3Â business days. During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. Each item is handcrafted with care, and we want every order to arrive perfect.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the method selected at checkout. Standard delivery within the U.S. typically arrives in 3â7 business days after your order ships.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited options are available at checkout when possible. Processing times still apply, but your package will travel faster once shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We do not add extra handling fees.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, weâll update this page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, youâll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
My package says delivered, but I canât find it.
Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a bit early.
Please allow 24â48 hours for it to arrive.
If it still hasnât shown up, check with neighbors or your local post office, then reach out to us and weâll help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. Weâll make it right.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of handcrafted home fragrance products, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened or used.

Can I change or cancel my order?
